Organic 2-Row Malted Barley
A SOURCE OF ENZYMES
2 row malted barley refers to the arrangement of the kernels. Compared to 6-row malted barley, 2 row barley has a higher carbohydrate content.
Not only does it contain nitrogen which releases slowly as the malted barley decomposes, but it also functions as a growth hormone catalyst providing enzymes and plant hormone-producing microbes to aid with nutrient cycling in your soil. The array of bacteria, beneficial fungi and yeasts produce biologically significant levels of plant growth hormones promoting cell division and development of plant organs.
Recommended Usage:
- Grind straight before applying if possible
- Topdressing 1/8 - 1/4cup per plant weekly
- Soil Mix 1/2 - 1cup per plant
- To make an enzyme-rich tea, bubble for 4 hours using 1/4cup per 5L and use immediately
- (1/4cup 2 Row Malted Barley = 40g, 1cup 2 Row Malted Barley = 160g)
Handling:
- Wear a mask to avoid inhaling particles, open in a well ventilated area.
- Wear gloves and eye protection, and wash hands after use.
Storage:
- Once opened, keep sealed and dry.

- This product is not recommended for human consumption due to possible contaminants.
